Since opening in 2015, Carboni's Italian Kitchen in East Ballarat has built a loyal customer base, due in no small part to its colourful owner Donatello Pietrantuono. This week I talk to Chef Dona and learn how this talented Chef found his way to Ballarat after starting his career in his hometown of Florence.
