Why ethics? We found ourselves in a world with different ethics... as indigenous people where do our ethics intersect? Foundation of ethics range on many levels individually, here is my take on ethics with my understanding.

Think Indigenous Methodology. A lot of times we go through life with this notion of a routine, we never stop and think that our indigenous theories, songs, prayers, language are our way of reclaiming place in this world. I speak from a Diné (Navajo/Native American) woman’s perspective. I offer using mindfulness as a way to better ourselves and see the world from a different lens. All norms, values, ethics and cultural knowledge I’ve come to know since being a barefoot Diné girl moving to find my place in a world so different from a traditional dirt floor hogan and Navajo speaking home.
