In this third episode of the final season, we talk with our first drummer from Dave's native home area in The Central Valley of California. Stephen talks with us about being a drum educator and the tools necessary to help guide students into developing a great work ethic. Stephen and Dave talk a fair length about life in the Central Valley, developing your own drum sound and drum racks as well as their pros and cons. Stephen also discusses some great points about being a working musician in different groups while managing a regular life.
