Eva Perezcassar is 12 years old she is my little sister and she was born with a heart condition. She has had seven open heart surgeries done to her through out her life with us. She is a very outgoing and spiritual person. She knows how to make someone laugh when they need it most. Eva also had a pace maker put in to help her heart. She is a figure to everyone to show that she fights so hard to be able to do what she does now. Everyone in my family is so greatful to be here with Eva and so am I.
