In my 20's my friendships brought me so much joy and happiness and ironically equally as much sadness and pain. How the two can coexist was beyond me initially, until now! Let's talk about it!

There is no other time in life where you will be expected to develop a productive and thriving life almost immediately after eating lunch everyday in a school cafeteria and other adults telling you what you can and cannot do. Everything expected of you and everything you are going through is all new, magnifying every emotion and experience to the highest degree. But, even with all the uncertainties  and ups and downs of this era, it doesn't have to be chaotic. You can plan, adjust, learn, and adapt enough to get you to the rest of your adulting years with your feet planted firmly in the ground and feeling more in control. I want to dispel the myths that you cant be ready for adulthood, that's just not true! You get ready for the rest of your life in your 20's. Let me tell you how!
