Buckle up for my remarkable friend, Samantha (Sam) Barber.  Sam takes us on a trip from a "carnival" childhood in Antigua to some rocky mountains in the States.  She crafts a story, her story, of being a principled and religious uniformed schoolgirl who found herself in a dark pit of relationship abuse, a fleeting encounter with a father she'd never known, and a desperation to end it all.  Her story, like a symphony, reaches a crescendo as she now lives life in a palace and serves young girls with the message that they can thrive in life because they are invaluable and have limitless potential.  She's been brought from the pit to the palace and proclaims to women and girls, "Love yourselves!"
