The first in a three-part series on goal-setting, goal-pursuing, goal-achieving and the evolution of success. This specific goal-based program is based on my old Viking Army “Way” process where we work through Desire, Assess, Plot, Attack and Rule phases. Part 1 is all about the Desire step – determining what it is we want, specifying what that goal is, determining if it’s possible and defining why we want to achieve it. No matter what the goal is – fat loss, habit building, book-writing, dating, finance – this process can help you build a blueprint for everything you need to learn, everything you need to do and every victory you need to stack to reach that ultimate success.
