I struggled to come up with a theme for this episode. Acceptance, it is! This one gets emotional as we discuss the harsh reality of reconstruction and the unknown. 

Rather than dwell, we accept. We accept this reality and we plan to move forward into the "norming" phase. We accept that we control our reactions and accept that now we have a plan, exactly what Sarah needs.
