Today we welcome Liz Courville Raiford to the Embodying Her Podcast!

Liz has a Bachelors of Science Degree with a focus in Dietetics from Louisiana State University, a Masters  Degree in Nutrition Science from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.  Also, while she was getting her Bachelors Liz also minored in Horticulture. She is absolutely a woman of many talents!

Together we dive into how our upbringing and experiences shaped how we viewed eating and our bodies. We then go over the principles of Intuitive Eating and Healthy at Every Size. Liz uses these as guides in her everyday life and in her business as a Registered Dietitian.
