Hey lunar wanderer!

A little while ago I came to you with my podcast and then...I had this deep desire to hibernate, to slow down and become invisible. At least in the digital world. It is a rhythm I am still adjusting and playing around with - this desire for solitude and stillness and at the same time, this deep desire to share what emerges from the quiet contemplations. It is something I talk more about in this episode.

I will also touch upon the story behind Knot So Wild, which is my brand name, and how it has naturally interwoven with my daily life and living according to and in alignment with my values and vision. This is all part of the death of the social media ego in me and I'll be sharing a few ways I've been able to embody surrendering to what is and paving a path that is truly mine.

And finally, I'll be talking about the upcoming lunar energies for September.
