It’s fall of 2020 and we are still dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m coaching a lot on anxiety, both with clients and with my own children. I’m seeing a hyper-awareness of how the world has changed. We are micromanaging our physical health and then on top of that, dealing with anxiety collectively as we watch the political climate heat up and so on. Many of my clients say they don't know how to feel hopeful right now. And I get it. The good news is that feeling hope is available to us, even when there are difficult circumstances to face. But we have to know what to put our hope into. Listen in on this week's podcast, I go deeper into how to cultivate hope during difficult circumstances.
