A big part of what I teach is that our thoughts are creating all of the results in our lives, our thoughts are the thing that we have control over that impacts us more than anything else. Sometimes our thoughts get in the way of achieving our goals. Today, I'll teach you why you may believe your thought is a fact, how to give it some space and believe that it's possible that it could be fiction and how to create a new thought that will put you on the right path to living the life you crave.
