Listen Later

In this episode of Nuances with Nura, we’re talking about why difficult conversations can feel so damn hard.

The overthinking. The rehearsing. The search for the perfect words.

The belief that if we can just say it the right way, nobody will get upset.

But what happens when two people both say they value honesty and open communication, right up until something uncomfortable needs to be said?

Or maybe it closes.

Either way, you've learned something.

And mind you, these are only a few perspectives. I plan to explore this topic much deeper in future episodes, from ghosting and dating apps to avoidance, mixed signals, and all the different ways we struggle to communicate honestly with one another.

Let’s get into the nuance.
