Ruby Ulloa is a Business Development Specialist at Savoy Associates based in South Florida. She has over two decades of experience in insurance and employee benefits in 44 states. Her expertise includes group benefits life cycle management, benefits and 401k communication, broker training and development, specialty benefits, spending accounts, ben admin systems, and business and individual market consulting. Advocating for minority communities and coaching Hispanic benefits and insurance professionals is one of her greatest contributions to the industry. She believes that effective benefits and insurance communications require addressing cultural gaps. Ruby is a member and volunteer of Females & Finance, a national organization for financial services professionals to share valuable insights and establish key connections, NABIP where she is a CE instructor, and Junior Achievement whose main purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed. She’s a CE bilingual instructor, licensed in several states, a Communications Associate from Miami Dade College, and currently obtaining CEBS through the University of Pennsylvania, ACA, AHIP, CMS, and HIPPA. Ruby was featured in the Spanish language magazine Vida y Exito and best-selling Author Tony Steuer's Podcast.
