Interview with Michael Magee, Developer

Michael set Prime City Developments up after running a private bridging fund lending money to developers. The first project was a development of 19 apartments and 6000 sq ft commercial office space in Dalston, London.  This was sold off plan to investors and the commercial space to a law firm.  Then Prime City Developments bought a old office block in Chiswick and turned it into 20 luxury apartments, under permitted development rights.  Discover more ...
