Is it time to fire your clients?

This is one of those phrases which completely runs my CEOs up the flagpole…until I explain the WHY behind it.

Everything you do has either a positive or a negative yield to your bottom line. Clients are no exception. They either make you money or cost you money.

Yes, that is correct, clients can cost you money!

Just like not every friendship and relationship is for you, neither is every client out there.
