Ever run into somebody of authority to you, like a boss or teacher, in a completely different environment?  Like at the grocery store or movie theater?  They're dressed differently, they appear out of place and you have no idea how to address them.  Like your doctor, your professor or your clergy person.  It was just that  experience that prompted this episode.
