hey. today i just wanted to talk with you all a little about my mundane journey with mindfulness and meditation. like a lot of white western people, i just started with an app. i quit that in an anticlimactic way and eventually found my way to the writing of Thich Nhat Hanh, a local sangha and a renewed commitment to trying to live in a more mindful way with an awareness of how my meditation practice can connect to and edify my yoga practice, my relationships and my everyday life. it's still really hard to sit tho.
