James Lilja is a Gynecological Oncologist, plays drums and sings in Bunko and was an original member of The Offspring. We chat about all kinds of fascinating stuff, like nautical-themed dive bars, the early days of The Offspring, the music therapy trial he's creating with Dexter Holland and how finding a decomposed rat in his house led to the creation of a bizarrely catchy pop song. 

Before James joins us we also dive into a whole raft of personal updates. Graham gets tested for Coronavirus, Kieran gets a dog and we get injured by breathing and cooking waffles.
