Janine has a long career in the family violence sector, and has a proven record in the design and delivery of innovative solutions that have been recognised and awarded for their level of excellence. Janine is a thought leader with an unquestionable commitment to ensuring that people remain at the centre of strategy and innovation design. Janine was founder and CEO of the Safe Futures Foundation, one of Victoria's largest and most innovative family violence services. She also served for six years as the Board Chair of Domestic Violence Victoria.
