She is also Casting Consultant for The Old Vic having spent the last 6 years as in-house Casting Director for Matthew Warchus. She is also Vice Chair of the Casting Directors Guild and a voting member of BAFTA. We talk about her experiences as a casting director, the start of her career and the advice she has for actors going into an audition room.
