15 February 2020, a British TV presenter called Caroline Flack had committed suicide at the age of 40. Following her death, the hashtag #be kind was shared, but I feel that this was a message without a goal. I prefer the praise "show kindness" or "do kind deeds#. I talk about ways to show kindness and why it is rewarding to be kind.
