Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee is a multi-award winning Chartered Engineer and STEM Ambassador who works as an Engineering Delivery Lead and Early Careers Lead at BAE Systems, creates content on social media and owns her own small business, AviateHer. She studied Aerospace Systems Engineering at the University of the West of England and became the first engineer in her family. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring more young people to consider STEM careers.
