Kylie Rankin is Director and Principal Physiotherapist at Pivotal Physiotherapy & Pilates in North Adelaide. With over 24 years of experience in physiotherapy, I specialize in Women’s and Pelvic Health, focusing on the unique challenges that arise during the perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life.
My journey began with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2000. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting women through various life stages, from adolescence to post-menopause. My expertise includes managing pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. I have been an educator for Polestar Pilates Australia, currently educate for the Australian Physiotherapy Association teaching Pelvic health, and I integrate Pilates-based rehabilitation and fascial release into my practice to promote holistic healing and well-being.
At Pivotal Physiotherapy & Pilates, we believe in a personalized approach to care. Our clinic offers a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every woman can feel empowered to take charge of her health. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, experiencing physical discomfort, or seeking guidance on maintaining pelvic health, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
I’m thrilled to be part of this support group and look forward to sharing insights, answering your questions, and learning from each of you. Together, we can navigate this journey with confidence and grace.
