I just had to share my sweet friend, Lara Williams with you all. She is a wife, a mom, an author and a speaker.  What I love about her is that she does all of these things with grace and humility.  She will be the first to tell you that she messes up all the time which allows the rest of us to exhale and know we're in good company.
