I recorded this podcast in the last hour before the movers came in the appartement where this podcast was created. That's right we're moving and closing the chapter in this place and moving into a new home with a whole new vibe. I love to look back at how I grew and what I learnt before turning the page at anything in life and in this episode, it's exactly what I'm doing. I find it gives me a chance to live everything that is meant to be lived in the present such as grief, excitement, wonder, fear, etc because they all get to co-exist and be a part of the experience. In this appartement was where I lived the most contractions and where I saw myself grow even deeper within myself. I notice that sometimes, chapters don't have to look all exciting and shiny for them to be meaningful. In fact, at this place is where I cried the most when closing the door. We often fear new chapters when they don't look like the previous ones, resisting what life wants to teach us and therefore resisting ourselves growing and evolving.

This episode is like a big permission slip to embrace the changes that comes with every ebb and flow in life so you can be born into the new person you were meant to be.
