This week we are graced by Shan Byrd (she/her) as she shares some amazing stories and life lessons. Shan is a Restorative Justice Coordinate for New Brunswick Public Schools. Her work has also led her to become a NJEA Professional Development Consultant, and co-founder of the REAL Movement.
