I sat with Ivan and Ann of Mangia Ghanja. Ivan and Ann are a couple who run a private chef service specializing in cannabis infused dishes. Ivan talks about his love for cooking and how CBD and later, THC helped him recover and regain the use of his hands after suffering a stroke. Ivan and Ann were kind enough to share their story with me and I am sharing their story with you in hopes that we can break the negative stigma of cannabis use and the culture.
