He chats with us about his influences and inspirations for his magnificent single malt whiskey, the relationship between the grain, the barrels, the barrel locations they choose, and how that affects the whiskey. He shares his thoughts on their methods of collaboration with other distilleries such as Westland, and future collaborations.
