In this episode, we are our culture of encouragement. We coined the phrase Pick Me Ups for a time of encouragement. As creatives, it is a vulnerable thing to share your gift of music with others, that we can become our own worst critiques. This is our journey as a team and how we have developed a culture to help grow our team.
