Listen Later

Amran Noordin was in the education service for more 20 years. He left the service to do educational consultancy work for schools in the region including Thailand and Indonesia.
He has since switched to doing online adult classes on religion and health. He is very much a self-taught person whose natural curiosity has led to him exploring various areas of knowledge.
He is constantly learning and constantly deep diving into various areas of knowledge he spends hours reading relevant books and watching videos by professionals or experts on the various topics of interest and fascination to him. One of these areas is health.
This interest in health stems from his own experience with very poor health which had led to two heart attacks within two years during his early 50s. He had undergone a heart bypass after the second of these attacks. Listening to the bleak pronouncements of his doctors and specialist, he sought alternative ways to good health. He eventually found one and has successfully brought himself to good health sans drugs and excessive exercising or even starvation diets. He is currently 60 years old and has not felt healthier in more than 20 years.
Amran has been sharing his approach to health, free of charge, to anyone who is willing to listen and try it out. He has been doing this from his home or that of even total strangers. He has also done a series of free webinars to reach out to a larger audience. Many of those who have tried his approach to health have shared that they have benefited immensely from the shared knowledge. He sees these sharing as a public service to his community.
