Hey guys! Welcome to Lifing with Kasha! This podcast was created for us by us. In this episode I will discuss heartbreak and healing. Heartbreak is very similar to experiencing grief. In fact I would say its one in the same. When we're losing someone, we often go through the five stages of grief. The five stages of grief include: Denial, Anger, Depression, Bargaining and Acceptance. In no respective order or duration do these stages occur. They just do. I discuss a recent heartbreak and what that was like. I also discuss the impact it had on my life. I want to leave you with this. Start getting up from tables that don't serve you within the first week. People give us signs, of whom they will be. We ignore them. Please don't. Know that you are worthy and deserving of healthy fulfilling relationships.
