When he was mayor of Chicago, Richard J. Daley was known as staunch supporter of law and order to put down civil unrest. But when he was 17 years old, many people his neighborhood participated in a brutal attack on Chicago's Black Belt, and nobody knows for sure if Daley took part. Today we'll take a closer look at a question that Chicagoans have asked for decades: did Mayor Daley take part in a race riot?
