On today's episode Brooke & Austin are joined by our friend Camille aka Cammy who also happens to be a licensed massage therapist in Columbus, Ohio. Cammy joins us today to share 5 practical self care tips for photographers. We often deal with neck and back pain after long days of shooting or extended periods of times at our computers editing photos. It was great to hear how she got into massage therapy and to hear her tips.
