Lisa Pisano has a background in fitness and is also certified as a barre instructor. She offers online classes, workshops, corporate yoga, yoga for athletes and offers private sessions. She is known for her attention to detail and helping her students develop and maintain alignment in their bodies. She has an ability to clearly cue her students through movement without making things feel complicated or overly challenging, while at the same time, pushing you beyond your self-created boundaries. Lisa also hosts yoga and wellness retreats across the world as the co-founder of Soulfull Yoga and Wellness Retreats.
