What is it like to be a Civil Procedure professor during a pandemic? Let alone a student learning to be a 1L? After repeated and strong requests from students in the fall of 2020, and in an effort to foster Dr. Mike Osterholm's "Pandemic of Kindness," Professor Franck created this podcast to offer her Section 2 students some reflections on life during a pandemic. Special thanks go to all musicians (and their recording labels), particularly Taylor Swift and the Rolling Stones for the fair use of their music for our educational purposes.
While a bit more personal than the previous episodes, this episode focuses on the impact of expectations which are unrealistic and unproductive. Instead, it offers some strategies about where to put your focus to maximize the positive forces in your life.
