The Cake Boys is a network and platform for live, digital, and hybrid events to showcase drag kings and alternative queer and trans performers. Richard's mission in nightlife is to serve a unique and growing community within the NYC drag scene and beyond, elevating underrepresented talent and introducing new audiences to different varieties of drag that are not represented in mainstream media.
During Pride 2023, Jesse Pierce and Samy Nemir are launching SuperQueers, a podcast uplifting queer, trans, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ voices that are creating change, building community, and leading with joy.
This podcast will be a journey for you to discover, activate and amplify your super powers to transform ourselves first and then our communities.
We will discuss mental health, healing, well being, self care, queer love, as well as exploration and education about gender identities and gender expression.
