How do you deal with difficult times? In today’s episode we discuss times when we’ve dealt with those less than stellar seasons of life. We talk about the little things that help get us through and how sometimes talking it out with your girlfriends or spending time with your family is just what you need.
Trawick shares the struggles she’s currently dealing with to get our episode started. Being eight months pregnant is taking it’s toll on her, her aunt has been diagnosed with cancer, and her grandmother has had a stroke. In these tough seasons of life, she brings to the table the topic of Surviving not Thriving. Just getting by day to day.
We discuss the little things that help make things simpler for us or help us to escape from the stress and frustrations of difficult times in life. Here’s a few of ours: gardening, painting your nails and listening to good music, good conversations with your girlfriends to get your mind off of the stress, family time, or even going to the bathroom by yourself if you’ve got little kids running around your house.
Are you in this season? It can be so lonely. We are happy to hash it out with you. Leave us a comment and tell us what you do to get you through. Thanks for listening! Come back next time!
