Communities are seeing less people coming forward to serve in leadership roles.  The reality is that there are less leaders in smaller communities not because people aren’t coming forward to lead but because there are so many groups that need to be led!  Ben Winchester, Senior Research Fellow for University of Minnesota Extension’s Center for Community Vitality joins us for another episode to discuss what he refers to as the “leadership gap,” why it is happening, and what communities can do to engage newcomers.
