Well, a new episode finally released.  Yes.  It has been a while.  No.  It is not because I have been working.  It is because I am lazy.  Anyway, here is the brand new drop that was recorded a while ago.  We are talking about getting back into the gym, again; the Tidewater Amateur Tour and how that didn't go so well for me, and of course Movies, again.  Hope you all enjoy the listen and there will be another one next week!
