For Episode 3 of ShiftDisturbers we asked Toronto based entrepreneur Michael Katchen, founder of FinTech company WealthSimple, local angel investor Dan DeBow, and Richard Florida, who wrote series of Startup City reports examining the geography of venture capital investment, about the chances of such a thing happening.
