Ashley talks to Dr. Hui Ding, professor of finance and professional prop trader on the challenges she faced as an immigrant to the United States, the traits that help her the most in trading and how she teaches those qualities to her sons.  Since recording this episode, Dr. Ding has accepted a teaching position at a new university and began her faculty position in the Fall of 2022.
