On this episode we have we very lucky to have Luis stop in a share his knowledge of Tuscarora White Corn and the various methods of processing Tusky corn into soup, bread and more.

Luis (deer clan) has been making corn soup for many different events since 1972 and has worked every single step from planting... all the way to making the soup! His knowledge has been an accumulation of what he's learned by volunteering to help others and he gives us a very informative interview.
