If the scientific community does not establish presence in this growing medium, it will miss the opportunity to engage with the majority of the public. We talk with Prof. Lloyd Spencer Davis about the importance of using storytelling tools and narrative to create high quality science videos and attract public attention. Lloyd Spencer Davis is Stuart Professor of Science Communication and the Director of The Centre for Science Communication at the University of Otago, New Zealand. Lloyd is an internationally recognized scientist, as well as an award-winning author and filmmaker.
