Imposture Syndrome is the internal belief that we are not worthy of anything good, and if anything good happens is just by happenstance and we didn't do anything to contribute to it happening. It also includes thoughts about I could never be successful starting a business or even a certain job because there is nothing special about me.

Christy Brimm, MAC, LPC
Christy received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and her Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary. Christy has training in both school and clinical settings. She is interested in offering gospel-centered counseling to youth and adults who find themselves in need of a safe place to find healing, wholeness, and deeper connections. She has gained extensive experience working with students, women, and families via her 20+years serving in the Church. Her ministry experience has come in the form of working in student ministry, leading a life group for young families, and through leadership in Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS). Christy enjoys writing and teaching, spending time with her friends and family, soaking in the beauty of nature, and sipping really good coffee. Christy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She sees clients at the Cottleville office and is an out-of-network provider.
