It's Episode 3 which was only meant to be a little bite-sized thing, but grew to almost ten minutes. Still not too unwieldy though. 

Are you suffering from information overload? Or giving out too much and over working? We need to work from a position of rest and not the other way around! Jesus did and so should we. A few thoughts on the subject - I hope you enjoy them. Also keeping it real on this episode with some unintentional household background noises. That's life and it's what you get when you record the whole thing on your phone.
