The Amanda Ferguson Show

Episode 3: Worship is my Warfare

Listen Later

Have you felt that your armor is worn out from fighting against the darkness? In this episode, I would encourage you to become a woman of worship more so than a woman of warfare.

Worship is a powerful and unique weapon of war in the spiritual realm. There is a shift in the atmosphere when we seek and worship Him for who He truly is. This equips us to fight against the enemy with God’s mighty power and presence.

I want to share some of my practices when it comes to waiting on the Lord and ultimately entering into His mighty presence. It is crucial to remember that God will handle all things that concern His children.

Allow me to teach you about embracing trials and tribulations to become a victorious child of God.

4 principles of using worship as a weapon of warfare:

  1. [5:50] Be rooted and grounded in the Word of God. This is how we can stay strong and fight against the wilds of the enemy.

  2. [7:47] Rest and wait upon the Lord. You must expect that God will take care of you and never react to the problem.

  3. [14:25] You must crave the presence of the Lord. If you have not craved God’s presence is because you haven’t been putting in the time to seek Him.

  4. [21:00] Acknowledge that God is the Almighty and Sovereign over any situation.
