For this episode, I had the privilege of interviewing Yvonne Timewell. Yvonne is a 51-year old Canadian age-group athlete who landed herself a spot on the super-competitive Zwift Academy Tri Team. 

Late last year, Yvonne competed for and earned her spot on the 2019 team and then faced the audacious goal of qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, which is taking place this Saturday, October 12th. 

In this episode, Yvonne shares her journey to the start line and opens up about some of the challenges and victories she’s had as being a member of this competitive group of Zwift Tri Academy superstars.
