A new year. A new bite of the apple. A new hope. For as long as we have had the Gregorian calendar we’ve enjoyed a sense of renewal at the calendar’s start. An opportunity to shake off the mistakes of the past and gravitate toward the promise of a better, healthier and smarter future.

Looking forward on January 1st has been a pursuit for well over 400 years and here we are again. This weeks episode the gang digs into the promise of a new year. So what does 2016 have waiting for us? As they say, “only time will tell.”
