As winter begins to come to a close here in Virginia so does Season 1 of The Embrace and Expand Podcast. Season 2 will begin April 3rd, 2023 right along spring. Just as winter is a time to go inward and reflect on the previous year, spring is a time for growth and awakening. Season 2 will follow this theme of growth with a change in how each episode will come about. Thank you for being on this journey with me and I look forward to continuing it with you in Season 2.
